Hello dear readers! ;o)
I've posted a poll today. I am very curious to learn how you all find or discover new books to read? Which method do you use the most? Do you do searches by specific genre at Amazon or Barnes & Noble or Apple? Or do you rely primarily on word of mouth? Or do you follow blogs related specifically to reading books in your favorite genres? Or is there another method you use?
I thank you in advance for taking the time to vote! The poll is on the side bar to your right. ;o)
Hugs,
Suzan
There should be an "all of the above" choice.
ReplyDeleteCarl, Carl, Carl....lol
DeleteI agree. I do several of these. I belong to several great book blogs. And say I do a search for one of those books on amazon, I LOVE scrolling through the suggestions underneath. That's where I get most of my books, from the suggestion box. B&N site is awful. I mostly use Amazon. I'm glued to it on my phone quite often :)
ReplyDeletelol Megan...same here. I don't even bother with B & N or apple. ;o) Thanks for your input.
ReplyDeleteI have a kindle it uses amazon.
ReplyDeleteGoodreads is a handy resource. I like to see what other people are reading. Just stumbled across Quiet in the Goodreads Choice Awards. Anything with a Q will get my attention and quiet happens to be a favorite experience. Book covers and word of mouth are my main ways for noticing new books. And rereading the oldies.
ReplyDeleteI use amazon, several freebie e-mails as well as getting many from Goodreads. I love Goodreads because it gives summaries of the books plus readers comments.
ReplyDeleteI often type in some tag words on amazon and then scroll through the results looking for covers and blurbs that provoke interest.
